Puppies, like infants, require high-quality nutrition to support proper growth and development. As they mature into adult dogs, it remains essential to provide them with appropriate nutrition to maintain their health. Preventing disease is vital for ensuring long-term wellness and optimal quality of life. Nutritious food and targeted supplements can contribute significantly to these outcomes. For continued health, it is recommended that dogs remain on the pawTree products they’ve been receiving at Miss Cindy's Doodles. Miss Cindy's Doodles exclusively uses pawTree’s food and supplements to support the health and wellness of our dogs.
After puppies are well adjusted to their new home, I suggest introducing a new protein source, such as Real Lamb, Chickpeas & Lentils and continue adding a new recipe every few months. I encourage doing this during the first year of life so that your puppy develops digestive tolerances to different forms of proteins, fats, vegetables, and grains.
IMPORTANT: I strongly recommend that you mix any "Grain Free" recipe with a grain-containing recipe. The organically sourced grains contained in pawTree recipes include oatmeal, brown rice, and barley.

PETMATE Dog Kennel can be used in the home and for travel. If you plan to travel with your dog and don't want to have a separate crate at home, this is an economical option. If you are planning on getting an indoor crate and planning to take your pup on trips, you should also get a travel crate for safe travel. I find this product is the best value for the quality level.* |
MidWest Life Stages (and similar style) crates are not travel crates. They are meant to be in your house. This brand makes a quality product for a reasonable price. I recommend getting the Medium size so your puppy is able to move around, have his food and water in there, as well as a few toys to play with. The Medium size has a 30" double door, with a size of: 30" L x 19" W x 21" H.* |

Crate Pads (beds) are comfortable go in your pup's the crate. MICROCOSMOS dog crate pads have an anti-slip bottom, and are fully machine washable. All puppies like to nibble and practice digging on their beds. You will want to balance cost with quality, as you will likely purchase more than one during your puppy's first year.* |
BEDSURE "donut" dog beds are ideal for pets who love to curl up. The high-quality faux shag fur creates a calming and safe place for your pet to rest and relax. The raised rim snuggles your puppy, offering optimal head and neck support and a sense of security. The minimalist design of this fluffy dog bed fits seamlessly into any space. These "donut" dog beds have an anti-slip bottom and are fully machine washable.* |

LITTLE WOLVES PUPPY POTTY TRAY is what Miss Cindy's Doodles uses to beginning training your puppy. By the time your puppy is ready to go home (8-9 weeks), he is fully trained to using this potty tray while indoors and has also been trained to "potty on the rocks" when taken outside. We recommend training your puppy to ultimately go potty outside. Placing the tray just outside the door and moving it closer to the ultimate potty area during training can be an option for those who live in apartments/condos. It is also an option for times you need to leave your puppy in the playpen for more than an hour. This item is expensive at approximately $105, but it is the more durable than anything I have tried. As a breeder, I exclusively use Little Wolves Description:
