Our application is intentionally comprehensive. It helps us learn about your household, lifestyle, experience, preferences, and what you are looking for in a future companion so we can offer meaningful guidance throughout the puppy-selection process.

Applications are reviewed in the order received. Once approved, families may be invited to join our Priority Reservation List as spaces become available. Puppy selection takes place in Priority Reservation List order.

Submitting an application does not require a reservation fee. Reservation fees are accepted only after an application has been approved and a reservation spot is available.
