Our Puppy Application is part of our process for learning about prospective puppy families and determining whether our breeding program may be an appropriate fit.

Submitting an application does not:

  • create a contract for the purchase of a puppy;

  • guarantee availability of a puppy;

  • guarantee placement on our Priority Reservation List; or

  • obligate Miss Cindy’s Doodles to offer a puppy to an applicant.

We reserve the right to approve or decline applications in accordance with our breeding and placement policies.

4. Puppy Reservations and Availability

Information concerning planned litters, anticipated breeding dates, pregnancies, puppy availability, selection order, or estimated go-home dates may change.

Dog breeding involves biological factors that cannot always be predicted or controlled. Planned breedings do not guarantee pregnancy, litter size, puppy gender, color, coat characteristics, temperament, size, or availability.

Information appearing on our website regarding future litters should therefore be considered our current plan or reasonable estimate rather than a guarantee.

5. Purchase and Sale of Puppies

The purchase or reservation of a Miss Cindy’s Doodles puppy is subject to separate written agreements and policies provided as part of our puppy-placement process.

Those agreements may address matters including:

  • reservation payments;

  • purchase price and payment terms;

  • puppy selection;

  • health examinations;

  • veterinary care;

  • health guarantees;

  • spay/neuter requirements;

  • registration;

  • transfer of ownership;
