Pricing, Process & Promises

Our process begins with the Puppy Application, which helps us learn more about your family, lifestyle, and what you are hoping for in a future companion. Once we have reviewed your application, we will schedule a phone interview to get to know you a little better, answer your questions, discuss our program, and explore whether a Miss Cindy’s Doodles puppy may be the right fit for your family.

Puppy Pricing

All Miss Cindy’s Doodles Petite Goldendoodle puppies are priced at $4,500, plus applicable sales tax, regardless of coat type, color, or gender. Our pricing reflects the investment we make in our parent dogs, our expertise in producing exceptional puppies, professional credentialing, and our specialization in smaller Petite Goldendoodles, which typically have smaller litters.

Please note: While every effort is made to estimate adult size based on parental lineage and pedigree, precise adult size cannot be guaranteed because natural variation may occur.

Priority Reservation List

If you are interested in reserving a puppy from one of our current or upcoming litters, please complete our Puppy Application. Our application is intentionally detailed so we can learn about your household, lifestyle, preferences, and what you are looking for in a future companion.

Approved families are invited to join our Priority Reservation List as space becomes available, and puppy selection takes place in Priority Reservation List order.

Pregnancy Timeline

Pregnancy is confirmed by ultrasound approximately four weeks after breeding. An X-ray is performed 53 to 55 days after breeding to estimate the number of expected puppies. The total gestation period is approximately two months.

Puppy Selection

Puppy selection takes place when the puppies are seven weeks old and may be done in person at our home in Southern California or, when needed, by FaceTime or Zoom. For the health and safety of our puppies, visits are limited to families with approved applications and the required partial payment received. Selection takes place in Priority Reservation List order.

Stand-By List

The Stand-By List requires only an approved application; no reservation fee is needed. Families on the Stand-By List are contacted in order when a reservation spot opens or if additional puppies become available.

If you choose to reserve a puppy, a reservation fee is then required to secure your place on the Priority Reservation List.

Breeder’s Pick

As the breeder, we reserve the right to first pick in every litter, although we do not typically choose to keep a puppy. Occasionally, our Breeder’s Pick may be offered to an approved outside breeding program.

Breeders interested in purchasing a Breeder’s Pick puppy with breeding rights should contact us directly for pricing and additional information.

Health Guarantees

Initial Health Guarantee

Every puppy from Miss Cindy’s Doodles receives an initial veterinary examination and their first age-appropriate vaccinations before going home.

To help ensure a smooth transition, we require that each puppy be examined by your veterinarian within 72 hours of going home. If a serious health concern is identified during this period, written documentation from a licensed veterinarian must be provided. In accordance with the terms of our Puppy Purchase Agreement, a puppy diagnosed with a qualifying serious or life-threatening condition may be eligible for a refund or a replacement puppy from a future comparable litter. Additional details, limitations, and exclusions are outlined in our Puppy Purchase Agreement.

Our responsibility to the dogs we produce continues throughout their lives. If you are ever unable to keep your dog, we ask that you contact us first. We maintain the right of first refusal and are always willing to assist with rehoming whenever possible.

Long-Term Health Guarantee

Each puppy comes with a 24-month health guarantee against congenital, hereditary, or genetic conditions that significantly affect quality of life. Covered conditions include those expected to result in a lifespan of less than five years, require euthanasia, or require medical care exceeding the puppy’s original purchase price.

If a covered condition is diagnosed within the first 24 months, families may choose either to return the puppy for a refund or replacement puppy from the next comparable litter, or to keep the puppy and receive reimbursement for related veterinary expenses up to the original purchase price. The breeder reserves the right to require an examination by a veterinarian of the breeder’s choosing to confirm the diagnosis before any refund, replacement, or reimbursement is provided.

This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is subject to the terms outlined in our Puppy Purchase Agreement.

Right to Refuse

The well-being of our puppies and the families who welcome them is always our priority. We reserve the right to decline a sale if we believe a placement would not be in the best interest of the puppy or family. In that event, all amounts paid will be refunded in accordance with the Puppy Reservation Agreement.

Important Details

While we strive to provide accurate estimates of our puppies’ adult sizes and possible colors, it is important to remember that these are predictions, not guarantees. Nature plays a significant role, and we cannot promise specific genders, coat types (straight, wavy, or curly), or coat colors for each litter. Based on the genetics of our parent dogs, we expect our puppies to be fully furnished with the characteristic Goldendoodle appearance and generally low to non-shedding coats; however, individual coat type and shedding level cannot be guaranteed.
